Cancellation/Refund Policy

User accepts that this Cancellation/Refund is subject to all the terms and conditions as stated in User agreement of this site. Please read the policy carefully.


In any case, if you do not want to opt for exchange and return policy, and want your money refunded to you, you can always cancel your product or service acquisition. But there are certain policy norms, you need to learn before you ask for any cancellation and refund.

We do not entertain cancellation and refund if request is not made within specific period of time, the product cancellation time, is different from product to product, maximum period for making any cancellation request could be 7 days, and entirely depends on product and service you avail.

There is no cancellation accepted that is beyond our control, for example mobile recharge, data card recharge, insurance premium payment, and utility bill payment.

In case, you have signed up for any third party product and service through our interface, there will be no refund on such cancellation, as it is not possible to control third party products and services.

The only valid medium to make cancellation and refund request is through our support mail or by calling our support center.

It may take upto 7 days for entire cancellation and return process to be complete.

You need to be in touch with your bank,, for the knowledge of the entire refunded money.

We only can refund the partial or full amount of transaction, accord to company policy on product and service, for more information, you need to specifically go through their cancellation policy rules.

Note : All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. Paytam Recharge is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number.

Note : However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on support@pickr.in or posting us a message on the Help option available in your panel. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - the mobile number or DTH account number, operator name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number MasterRecharge.co.in shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

Refund Policy

Once a User chooses to avail any service plan/offer announced by PICKR and agrees to buy that plan/offer by due payment for that plan/offer to PICKR, such payment by User shall not be refunded by PICKR under any circumstances whatsoever. Please note that such act of buying PICKR’s plan is irreversible process under the applicable law.

Post receipt of payment from the User for the above-mentioned plan, PICKR shall create User ID in its system ONLY post successful KYC verification of such User. If the User is unable to get successful KYC done, PICKR shall not be able to create User ID of such User. Thus, in order to avail PICKR services on its portal, User has to mandatorily get his successful KYC verification done.

Post User Id creation, while availing various services on PICKR portal, a transactions which have failed for any reason directly attributable to PICKR and PICKR has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded to User’s bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User’s email id registered with PICKR. Please note that only the actual transaction amount will be refunded excluding payment gateway charges and all applicable taxes. However, for cases where User has received a successful completion confirmation but not received services, User is required to submit a complaint by sending an e-mail to customer care Email ID given on this website. PICKR shall enquire the matter after receiving the complaint from the User and based on the enquiry PICKR may refund the payment. In all cases, PICKR’s liability will be restricted to providing User a valid refund to the extent of corresponding payment received by PICKR with respect to a particular transaction. PICKR shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of failed services on our system.
